How Chorbie handles family data

Chorbie is operated by Hull Digital LTD. This policy explains the practical data handling behind the Chorbie family chores, rewards and wellbeing PWA.

What We Collect

Chorbie stores the details families add to run the app: family names, parent and child profiles, PIN-protected sessions, chores, completions, rewards, payouts, support requests, mood check-ins, game activity, notification preferences and uploaded photo proof.

Why We Use It

We use this data to provide the Chorbie service, keep family routines in sync across devices, show progress and balances, support approvals, send requested reminders or push notifications, protect accounts, maintain backups and improve reliability.

Photos And Child Data

Photo proof and child profile data are used only for the family workflow they belong to. Parents control the child profiles, chores and approval settings in their family space.

Cookies And Local Storage

Chorbie uses essential browser storage for sign-in state, install prompts, offline support and app update handling. These are needed for the PWA to work properly and are not used to sell advertising profiles.

Sharing

We do not sell family data. We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to host, secure, back up and operate the app, or when required by law.

Your Choices

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of personal data associated with your family account. Some records may need to be retained for security, accounting, backup or legal reasons.
